I just took a capsule pill but I coughed while swallowing, and the pill went up my nose instead of down my throat! Then complete panic set in...I basically ran around between the bathroom, bedroom, and living room trying to come up with a great solution-which I did not btw lol. I tried blowing my nose but that only made me dry heave...then the pill started dissolving & all the yucky medicine was dripping into my throat making me gag.
Still not sure what to do I decided to lay down & Google "pill stuck in my nose" & was comforted to see I'm not the only person to have done this.
Before I was able to find any helpful solution I guess the pilled started to make its way towards my throat & I was able to cough up what looks like a partially digested pill. The only thing missing from this "I Love Lucy" type escapade was a sidekick named Ethel.
Now I'm pretty much afraid to eat or drink anything ever again lol
